Pure Copper Conduct Tip

Components used to make electrical connections, conduct tips are made primarily from pure copper. The tips provide reliable connections across different circuits, and to ensure excellent conductivity and low resistivity, they are made from T2 red copper whose purity is in the high 99.5-99.955 range. The terminals in question are crimped, welded, or screw fastened to the component in question. The main structure is tubular or in the shape of a plate and is surface plated to resist oxidation and corrosion. Manufacturing may also make use of coreless cold extrusion or ultrasonic welding to provide an adequate interface for the contact area and ensure sufficient mechanical strength. Looking to the applications of pure copper conduct tips, the plasticity and conductivity are suited for use in batteries, power, new energy systems, appliances, and power equipment. The use of pure copper conduct tips in these systems greatly reduces energy loss and overheating.
