Custom Copper Lugs

Custom copper lugs typically refer to non-standardized copper electrical connectors manufactured to meet specific application scenarios, wire specifications, or equipment interface requirements. The main body is made of high-purity T2 copper or electrolytic copper, possessing excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. This effectively reduces contact resistance, minimizes heat generation, and improves connection reliability. Multiple manufacturing processes are supported, such as crimping, welding, and cold pressing. Crimping (using specialized crimping pliers) is the mainstream method, achieving permanent mechanical connections with good vibration resistance. Different shapes can be customized to meet specific needs, such as open-end (OT type), tubular (RNB type), and irregular structures, adapting to different wire diameters (e.g., 2.5mm² to 800mm²) and screw specifications. These copper lugs are widely used in power, industrial automation, automotive, and aerospace industries to meet special installation environments, current loads, or mechanical strength requirements.
