4N Pure Copper Wire Mesh
Copper wire mesh is made from high-quality copper wire (value ≥99.95%) primarily for electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation. It is available in different frequencies, from 1 to 400, where varying weaving techniques (plain, twill, etc) create different copper mesh and varying openings and light transmittances (50%-70%) which can be made into narrow strips, or other special specifications for different applications. 4N pure copper wire mesh is made by interlacing copper wire, creating a conductive network, and is certainly able to attenuate electromagnetic interference signals. It is extensively used in electromagnetic shielding to help stabilise and reduce the electromagnetic leakage from equipment and instruments. The shielding ability is mesh count (which is the number of holes per inch) and the weaving technique, and thus count, where the greater the count and the increased the coverage, and the stronger the shielding. Due to its high thermal conductivity, it is also used in sinks for electronic equipment and battery cooling systems for new energy vehicles that help in conducting heat to varying equipment operating speeds. Moreover, its closely woven structure blocks noise, making it useful in places where noise insulation is needed.
