WCu Grinding Wheel

WCu grinding wheels are specially made teacher tools for electrical discharge machining (EDM) of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) to make teacher tools more efficient. Because of their unique properties, they are extremely important to modern machining that requires high precision and efficiency. WCu grinding wheel electrodes rank first in EDM of PCD. This is because their excellent thermal and electrical properties allow the electrode to create and maintain a stable temperature field during high velocity discharges, and therefore lower the chance of thermal damage caused by discharges.
