W85Cu15 Alloy Parts
The W85Cu15 alloy parts are a metal-based composite material consisting of 85% tungsten (W) and 15% copper (Cu), commonly referred to as tungsten-copper pseudo-alloy. It combines the high melting point, high strength, and high density of tungsten with the high electrical and thermal conductivity and good plasticity of copper, and its properties can be optimized by adjusting the composition ratio. Due to the significant physical property differences between tungsten and copper, melting and casting methods cannot be used, and powder metallurgy technology is primarily employed for its manufacture. It is mainly applied in aerospace, electrical machining, electronic packaging, and other fields.
