VC CuNi1P Alloy Foil
C19000 copper-nickel-zinc-phosphorus alloy has good to excellent corrosion resistance and excellent hot and cold processing properties. By adding Ni, P, and other trace elements to the copper matrix, VC CuNi1P Alloy Foil exhibits good bending properties, high electrical conductivity, moderate strength, and good corrosion resistance; it also has excellent stress relaxation resistance. It is widely used in electrical and heat dissipation fields such as connectors, springs, lead frames, automotive connectors, VC heat sinks, and parts that require high strength, high electrical or thermal conductivity, high fatigue and creep resistance, and good processability.
