Plasma Copper-tungsten Inlaid Spray Electrode
Plasma copper-tungsten inlaid spray electrodes (also known as plasma nozzles, plasma anodes, and plasma cathodes) use high-quality tungsten as the ends and copper alloys as the rods. To have a higher density and more uniform internal structure, our electrode ends undergo deep densification, which ensures a completely seamless connection in a vacuum environment and optimal heat transfer and heat dissipation, especially excellent arc corrosion resistance. The service life is significantly better than other manufacturers that are not deeply densified.
