Custom WCu Alloy Electrode

Custom-made tungsten-copper alloy electrodes are tungsten-copper composite material products manufactured through specific processes to meet the special requirements of different application scenarios regarding material properties, shape, and specifications. The tungsten content can be adjusted from 50% to 99% according to needs. Electrodes with high tungsten content (such as WCu90) are more resistant to ablation; electrodes with low tungsten content (such as WCu70) have better conductivity. The factory ensures that material properties meet expectations by precisely controlling the ratio of tungsten powder to oxygen-free copper powder. Various advanced molding technologies can be used depending on the product shape and performance requirements. For example, compression molding, extrusion molding, and injection molding are suitable for producing sheets, rods, tubes, and complex-shaped products. Isostatic pressing combined with high-temperature sintering and copper infiltration processes ensures a fine microstructure and excellent performance.
