Custom CuMo Sputtering Target
Infiltration sintering is used to manufacture a Copper Molybdenum sputtering target. Molybdenum powders are sintered to create the intermediate products and are then integrated with the later process that uses microwave-assisted aqueous methods. Copper Molybdenum alloy exhibits remarkable physical and mechanical characteristics: good resistance to wear and high strength at elevated temperatures, satisfactory electrical and thermal conductivity, low and controllable thermal expansion, and the ability to withstand high temperatures.
