Chromium-zirconium copper (CuCrZr) chemical composition (mass fraction) % (Cr: 0.1-0.8, Zr: 0.3-0.8), hardness (HRB 78~85), and conductivity 43 mS/m. Chromium-zirconium copper conductive tips possess excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high hardness, wear resistance, explosion resistance, crack resistance, and a high softening temperature. They result in low electrode wear and fast welding speeds, making them suitable as electrode carrier parts for fusion welding machines.
