CoCu1Ni1Be BeCu Square Bar For Welding Electrode

CoCu1Ni1Be  BeCu Square Bar consists of around 1% Cobalt, 1% Nickel, and 0.5% Beryllium. After hot forging and heat treatment, this alloy develops significant hardness, as well as electrical and thermal conductivity. Varying the heat-treatment parameters can yield different combinations of electrical conductivity and hardness. CuCo1Ni1Be also demonstrates strength and hardness coupled with conductivity within 45–60% of copper, with ultimate tensile and hardness values nearing 140 ksi and 100 RB, respectively.
