C51100 CuSn4 Strip
CuSn4 - UNS.C51100 Phosphor Bronze Alloys contain 95.60% copper and 4.2% tin, are deoxidised with phosphorus, and are alloys similar in mechanical properties and fabricating characteristics to Phosphor Bronze 5% - C51000. However, they possess 35% higher electrical and thermal conductivity due to their lower tin content. C51100 alloy also possesses high strength and ductility, excellent spring properties, good bearing and wear resistance, outstanding corrosion resistance, and good resistance to stress relaxation. Due to better conductivity than UNS.C51000, electric current-carrying contacts and connectors can be miniaturised.
