C42300 Copper Alloy Strip
C42300 Copper Alloy Strip is remarkably recognised for its top-tier electrical conductivity, ability to dissipate heat, and processability, allowing it to be used in electromechanical and decorative applications. Copper alloy strips have the same durability regardless of usage in consumer or industrial applications. Strips have smooth surface finishes and the same colouring throughout the strip. C42300 is a multi-mechanism synergistic strengthening alloy, which, through heat treatment, precipitates additions to the overall performance of the alloy from the Cu, Sn, and Zn solid solution matrix. From an ordinary perspective of pure deformation strengthening alloys, it exhibits superior stress relaxation resistance, along with top-notch bending performance, good strength, and good conductivity. Compared to bronze with phosphorus, Stress Corrosion Cracking is an alloy that is not sensitive and is a good conductive material.
