C19005 Copper Alloy Foil
C19005 is an enhanced CuNiSi alloy. It can be hardened through cold working as well as by performing a heat treatment to cause precipitation of NiSi-phases. It has excellent bendability, forming properties, strength, and corrosion resistance. Its NiSi-precipitates endow the alloy with excellent relaxation properties, even up to 150 °C. Its tin coating exhibits superior adhesion even after 3,000 hours at 150 °C. It has good electro-thermal conductivity as well as good weldability, solderability, and brazeability.
Main Applications Of C19005 Copper Alloy Foil
Automotive: switches and relays, contacts, connectors, terminals, and press fits.
Electrical: switches and relays, contacts, connectors, terminals, Press fits, components for the electrical industry, stamped parts, semiconductor components.
