C18150 Copper Alloy Plate

C18150 is an outstanding material that is distinguished for its strength, conductivity, and durability. It is a copper-chromium zirconium alloy, and its positive properties make it a candidate for a wide range of specialized applications. Its zirconium content, along with the chromic copper alloy, improves resistance to stick welding and electrode sticking during spot welding of coated or galvanized materials. In addition to chromic copper, the alloy's chromium and zirconium content will make it harder and more durable than a standard copper alloy. In addition to its durability, the alloy is also unique in its ability to resist sticking and deformation, surpassing other copper-chromium alloys in this respect. In applications that require mechanical friction and wear, this all-around durable, high-performance alloy is essential. Its use is primarily for electrical applications, particularly diplodocus wear.
